Extensions, Conversions and New build

We are able to look at a wide range of work from a simple extension through to conversion to alternative uses and the construction of new build properties.

New Build projects and conversions can come with an NHBC warranty as well as any specific specification and other requirements of the client.

Due to our experience as a developer, landlord and joint venture partner we are able to offer a number of services which include:

• Advice in guiding you through the planning process (prior to construction)
• Advice and assistance in relation to a detailed build specification
• Project management
• Contracted works on a fixed price basis or a cost plus (where we will charge a fixed percentage on the cost of the works).

Maintenance

• Routine Maintenance - such as cleaning, gardening
• End of Tenancy checks - to ensure properties are to a satisfactory standard to hand over to the new occupant
• General Repairs and improvements - we are happy to advise on works we believe are required
