We buy land / buildings with or without planning permission to redevelop for either sale or rental in the residential, commercial and mixed use sectors, with ‘brownfield’ development being our speciality.

Unlike most developers we don't just sell off all of our projects, many are retained within our Investment Portfolio. This means we develop and design projects, whatever the size, for the long term and not just for now.

Sustainable development is very important to us. Where possible we convert rather than demolish and use environmentally friendly materials. Remember we intend to keep much of our stock so the ongoing running costs and maintenance issues are very important.
