Mark Moores

Mark has over 20 years experience in the property industry and at the tender age of 21 opened his own estate agency, St Moores, with his brother Neil, and soon they had a chain of offices in the Southampton area. In the early 1990’s Mark and Neil started to build up their portfolio of properties and in the mid 90’s Mark decided to concentrate on this and so he left St Moores and started Clydesdale. Mark’s main focus now is in the marketing and acquisition of land and property, as well as overseeing the extensive property portfolio.

Neil Moores

Neil has retained his interest in St Moores which now concentrates solely on the residential rental sector. All of the Clydesdale residential portfolio is managed by St Moores. He continues to provide them with a consultancy service as well as acting as financial director for Clydesdale.

Kevan Netherwood

Kevan has over 20 years experience in the property industry. He spent his former years managing new sites for a major national property developer and on moving to Southampton he joined St Moores and assisted Mark and Neil on the management of their offices, subsequently opening his own estate agency and then re-joining Mark in the late 1990’s at Clydesdale. Kevan now manages the day-to-day running of the company and is a key instigator on the acquisition and planning of new developments as well as overseeing all of the build projects.

Terry Palmer

Terry has extensive building experience having started his career in the roofing industry and progressing further with a wide range of building experience including interior fit outs and project management. He joined Clydesdale 5 years ago to run the maintenance division and is now the contacts Manager where he manages all major building projects.
